Huntington's Disease

I think my fiancee may have Huntington’s , he has rages just out of the blue and I am trying to find out what may be the problem because it is some type of illness, not normal for him. He is 22 years old , has had a head injury at 16 months old. He also has a kind of sundowners like alzheimers in the evening time and Im not sure if this would be like HD or not anyone with any comments or suggestions would be helpful.

HI there,
This must be a hard time for you and your parnter working through this.
I wasnt sure if you knew that HD is an autosomal dominant disease, that runs in families. You said you think your fiancee has HD - have you looked at his family history/ parents/ grandparents. One of his parents would have to have had the disease if he is to have it. Might be worth investigating. Im not a doctor but i have worker a lot with people with neurological problems.
Looking at family histroy would be a good place to start.
