Lots of questionsMy husband's father has passed from Huntington's Disease
My husband is 31 and refuses to be tested. We have two boys (2 1/2 and 1 1/2). I was wondering what the youngest age is that you can be tested. I was also wondering if anyone knows if "bun" results have any relation to symptoms of Huntington's Disease
I also need advise on handling our situation. We never talk about it. My husband is very positive (which is good) and says he doesn't have it but I always wonder what if. I find myself trying to prepare for bad news. Some of the things I am doing is buying life insurance for my boys and getting a better job incase I have to provide for my family. Another strange thing is my mother-in-law never talks about it either. I feel I have no one to talk to who knows anything about it. Please help.
