MY MOM WHO IS 49 HAS IT. SHE DOES NOT LIVE WITH US. SHE DOES NOT NOW WHAT TO DO. i WISH I COULD HELP HERE BUT I DONT NOW WHAT TO SAY OR DO. WHERE CAN I GO TO FIND THINDS ON HOW TO HELP MY MOM.

You can contact your local HDSA chapter. What kind of help does she need? I would think that her Neurologist would have access to a social worker. I'd also make sure that her Neurologist has familiarity with Huntington's- not all do. H.D. while 'kinda' similar is NOT the same as Parkinson's or ALS and unfortunately can't be treated the same. Get yourself to a support group and create your own 'support' group (close friends, clergy, ect.). You will need it.
