my life with hydrocephalus is like a tv show

I'm so glad to know that you are now doing well, after your last revision in December 2007. You certainly have been through a lot at your young age. I am 55 years old and didn't get my shunt until I was age 40, when I was diagnosed. I've had the same shunt for 15 years, the one and only one I've had, and feel very fortunate that to date, I've had no problems.

I hope you continue to feel good and have no more problems with your shunt. I'm sure having to have repeated revisions is quite distressing and not much fun. You sound like you are headed in the right direction with your life and I wish you the very best. May you have continued good health.
