Mechanical Shunt

My cousin has a mechanical shunt and is trying to find a Neurosurgeon who will treat her in Ohio or Kentuky. She needs someone to adjust her shunt and get her on the correct medication. The surgeon that did the surgery no longer works at the same place and the other doctor does not want to treat her. She has Medicaid so they will cover what ever the cost is. I was wondering if there was anyone out there who could help her or knew of someone who would.
