I am so sorry to hear about your lymes. I am a lymie since 1997,I am 49 years old.I have Chronic Lyme Disease! Since in my case short term memory is a BIG problem I find it helpful to write things down. This may be helpful when you get to the Dr. since it is probably hard to focus on more than one thing aat a time.....Really search back in time and acknowledge as many symptoms as you can. You are correct about the head ache, sometimes it's so intense all you can do is lie still and hope your head doesn't explode!! Consider other symptoms like a stiff neck, muscle weakness, little muscle twitches, joint pain and swelling and visual problems especially if you try to read small print. You may also feel overwhelmed when morre than one personis talking around you. My biggest problem with this was that hour before dinner when everyone in my house was in the kitchen. Do you feel like your face has changed? Let me explain that better. Have you lost that perky smile and laugh.Does your face look flat for lack of a better word.Do you feel like you are in a fog and things that you did naturally seem awkward or even down right confusing? Please be prepared for the Md. appt., from now on you will have to be your best advocate. Good luck with the apppt., you are in my thoughts and prayers. You can find me at [moderator note: e-mail address has been removed] God Bless your patience!
