Post a new topicby sedlabadkar on Wed Jul 01, 2009 10:18 am

hi,
My mother has been suffering from some kind memory loss past 2 months. I am not sure about the reason. Her history is like this; she had been suffering from some kind of deposit in the brain (somewhere in between the two eyes) which gradually dissolved without surgery with proper medication.
Now I am not sure but with what doctors said she had some side effects of it. She is taking medicine wycelon (for Cortisol hormone) and some thyroid medicine also for low thyroid level. she was detected sugar 400 ,2 months back so she is also taking medicine for diabetes.
Past 2 months I have been noticing a significant change in her memory. Like asking same questions again and again, remain in the state of confusion and she keeps forgetting things. She remembers all past things very well but present (day to day) keeps forgetting.
I will really appreciate if I could get some direction for treatment .Please help!!
