Meningitis caused Epilepsy

Do you have epilepsy caused by Menacocis (bacterial Meningitis)? I had it as an infant, and now suffer from partial seizures. This side affect has been with me all my life (epilepsy) and even though I have tried several medications and currently take both Keppra and Neurontin (at low and high dosages to test them), I still continue to have unconscious partial seizures regularly (in oddly controlled cycles that are about 2-5 days of seizures then 2-4 months seizure free).
