Re: Don’t know where to turnOne don't give up. two do your own research, libraries and the internet help provide information you doctors may not know about. three try looking in the unusual places for the causes. My mother has suffered from migraines for 33 years. We have found her vitamin B12 was almost depleted. This cause tiredness and muscle problems. We also have found that we are sensitive to wheat- which is in so many things- and the build up would cause muscle knots and hence headaches. We cut out wheat as much as possible and after a month the knots lessened off and the headaches, soreness, irritablity, lack of concentration all decreased. You may have a food intolerance that the effect is migraine. I suffer from tension migraines and mine have lessened from 2-3 a month to 1 every 5-6 months.
Given that you symptoms build up it maybe a build of irritants that you body reacts with pain. Keep searching and try teaching schools for help with the cost and newer treatment options.
