I’ve been suffering really bad this passed year when I was generally healthy before and now. My husband tells me that I need to fight through them, but they have been happening at least once a week for about a year now and I need some help. I try and eat healthy and exercise, but it isn’t enough. I hope the rest of my life isn’t like this. Please help.
