Migraine

I have been living w/ migraines from the age of 11. I would be in school vomiting only to be picked up by my mom again. back in day most dr.’s would think flu?
Now that I am 40 I realize know when a attack is going to happen. little pings of pain around the eye’s followed by slight nausea.
What works for me, retreat to my bedroom darken by covering windows, (blinds,shades,towels,drapes)ice pack across my eyes, and a bucket for well you all know the routine.
