hang over type migraines

Post a new topicby Pistol_pete on Sat Mar 29, 2008 9:52 pm

First off - I don't drink!! But I get migraines if I sleep TOOO much!! I have on occassion, gotten one without the over sleeping, but normally if I go to bed before 9pm- I wake up around 3-5 ish with this heavy feeling in my head and if I get up right away I have a lingering, kind of "hang over" feeling just about the entire day... IF I don't get up then I have a full blown migraine Mine seem to differ from the others ones I've read in the sense that the entire lower portion of my head feels squishy inside and I can hardly hold my head up. I have no sensitivity to light whatsoever.... just that horrible squishy feeling... if I MAKE myself throw up I seem to recover in a couple of hours but the intense pain is nearly overwhelming so I FORCE myself out of bed at the first sign and just put up with a day of lingering pain instead of excruciating pain.

Anybody ever experience this before??
