Migraines increasing in frequency...

Post a new topicby scissorhands on Fri Oct 10, 2008 1:10 am

But I can't afford to go to the doctor. I have been on imitrex in the past, but it didn't do a thing. The past few days I have been experiencing very mild aura without the headache, but today it spiraled into the full fledged debilitating aura, accompanied by the throbbing pain on th right side of my head, and the nausea. I don't know what to do. My migraines seem to be triggered from working out really hard, but I'm not going to stop working out, so I've started either going at night, so I can go to bed when the migraine hits, or not hitting the cardio too hard if I go before work. It ridiculous though, & diconcerting everytime I loose my vision.
