Abnormal Involuntary Movements

Hi everyone!!!
I havn't been dianoised with anything as of yet. I have abnormal involuntary movements that start in my stomach and make my trunk and neck jerk and then stiffen for 5 minutes or less. I need some answers if anyone could help me. It has been getting worse and going on for 2 and a half years.
