Movement Disorders

At 23, I was diagnosed with a very complex case of tourettes. However, I am convinced that I don't have Tourettes. I have researched Tourettes and I haven't came across a case like mine. I seldom have random movements, but I do have extreme violent seizure like movements. I usually start in a fetal position, rocking back and forth on my head. Then I start moving all around thrashing my arms and legs. I often always put my hands to my face, either covering or hitting it. Usually I will get dizzy , nauseous, and disoriented before it happens, and lately I have been experiencing headaches and severe neck pain. Also, I am very tired and soar after these 'episodes, and I can not speak. If anyone has experienced these symptoms or have heard of disorders with similar symptoms, please let me know. I have hurt myself quite often from these episodes.
