Post a new topicby Guest on Sun Jun 03, 2001 12:12 pm

I am 34 years old. I dxs MS 14 years ago. Never really saw a doctor anything in past 8 years. I did see 2 neuroligist 2nd opinions when I diagnosed. Now I am having alot of problems. My GP who diagnosed me says I have benign MS I'm not sure he means. From I underst benign means full recovery no furr symptoms. He said because my symptoms mostly sensory problems. I have I call a buzzing in both feet past 2 weeks or so. Lherimttes sign(spelling?). Major fatigue! Trembling hs. Headaches. Feel jerky when move sometimes. Dizzy sometimes when I move. Some on & off joint pain. Stiffness in my right sholder blade. I'm so confussed! Can clarify meaning of Benign me?

It sounds like you are having many troubling symptoms that are not so benign (benign often used to mean not so serious). I would suggest that you see a neurologist at this point, as there are a number of different medications that are available that aim to modulate the course of MS, and may be appropriate in your case since you are having troubles.
