Hi! I'm Carol. 3 years ago I survived a ruptured brain aneurysm, 10 days later a stroke
I've had problems with spaticity in my left foot since. I was first mainly getting them in the arch of my foot, then in the ankle also. I've been getting botox injections for the past 2 years every 3 months! It worked for the cramps in the arch, but not my ankle. We've alst tried IBT therapy, which somewhat helps, but make me very sleepy. I'm hoping theres someone that can give my advice!! I can't keep on like this forever!!
