Your best bet would be to see a neurologist if you haven't already. My daughter has lesions on the brain and the spine also although she has a different set of symptoms. There are different MS medicines these days that can help make the reoccurances less frequently. Avonex, Rebif, Copaxone, Betaserone. Good luck and hope your husband is feeling better soon

Hello~
I know this is a late post on my part but just found out about this site this week. I have had MS for 2 years now and my symptoms were the dizzy's and headaches too. My lesions are on my brain by the way. I have been on Avonex for 2 years, I chose that one because as far as I could tell it was the only one proven effective to delay physical disability, where as copaxone and some others don't. I know the Rebif is just a stronger version of Avonex and a friend of mine tried it and said it made her very depressed and she went back to Avonex. Im sure your husband has made his choice by now as far as medication, and I hope he is feeling better. I also do a monthly infusion of steroids which has been helpful. Let me know if I can be of any help to you!
