Questions, questions, questionsFor almost nine years now I have delt with intermitant mild to sever pain that began in my left foot and has very recently moved to my left knee and left thigh area. There is no place that I can touch that reveals the exact location of the pain. My left leg feels heavy and I currently walk slower and with an abnormal gait. There have been times in the last nine years that I have felt 'normal' for several months at a time and thought that everything was behind me. There is no warning or situation that seems to trigger the pain. I have had periods of extreme fatigue that I have attributed to the constant pain and after several months of the ongoing pain I have become easily depressed with a feeling of hopelessness. Since the diagnosis of MS is so difficult and since there are few remedies, other than for personal verification, what are the benefits of pursuing a diagnosis?
