hi. i'm concerned my mother was diagnosed with a small stoke today in the ER. Yet, she was not admitted. she was sent home to follow up with her neurologist amd PMD. this does not sound right to me. pls help. thank you.

It would really depend on several factors, old versus new stroke, risk factors, cause, deficit, etc. It maybe fine, I would call her doctor and get her seen ASAP
