In June 2005 my husband, experienced difficulties with balance and coordination. In July 2005 he went to see a neurologist at UCLA, who observed major differences in my husband’s blood pressure during sitting and standing positions. i got diagnosed at st geoges although it cannot be diagnosed absolutey certain it is a fairly sure diagnosis
