My Mom was diagnosed with MSA at Mayo Clinic about 2 years ago. She just turned 70 in August. She had years of unexplained falls and her balance and slurred speech seemed to get worse. They went to every Doctor in our city and no one could find out what was wrong. Thank God for Mayo Clinic. They found the answers we were seeking, even if it was not the answer we wanted to hear.
