Myasthenia Gravis

i was diagnosed about 5 months ago with ocular mg since the it is in my legs and arms. they say i have had it alot longer than they thought. i currently take 180 mgs of mestinone a day, and 30 mgs of prednisone.it was working a little, but now it dont really seem like it.they are talking about the plasma thing as well as the immirone treatment.has anyone had these 2 things done?
