Re: trying to get betterHope your father gets better soon. I suffer with myasthenia gravis. I completely understand the struggle your family is experiencing with this unpredictable illness.I have been suffering with mg for 14 years. Being a mother of five kids and going from feeling fairly okay one day ,to in the ICU the next has been very hard for my family. My prayers are with all of you.
take care Barbie
Re: trying to get betterYou and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. My grandfather was just admitted to the ICU May 1, 2008 & is now on a ventillator. My family and I are still learning more about this weakening illness. Everyday is a new challenge. And the medications don't really seem to be helping with the strengthening of his eyelids. Its so heart-wrenching to see him go through this. But, we also have faith in our good Lord . He is a tough man and will over come this. I hope that your father overcomes this and gets his strength back soon.
