undiagnosed quadricep weakness/pain

I have lived with quadricep (both legs, left is much worse)pain for over a year. My muscles are now getting weak. I had back surgery for spinal stenosis, but the quadricep severe pain continues. My general practice dr. is now testing me for a more serious diagnosis.
I can barely walk, at times and I sometimes stumble. I won’t freak out until all the work-up is complete, but I am very medical and have done lots of research on the subject. I hope to learn more from others and be compassiona...Read the full article

Within the past week I have developed weakness primarily in my right quadricep. I have had a lumbar laminectomy for spinal stenosis in December, 2003. I will contact my PCP for a referral to a specialist on Monday.
