HI, I AM SO SORRY THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED TO YOU. MY DAUGHTER HAS NF1, AND SHE HAS SUFFERED LOW-SELF ESTEEM. SHE FEELS LIKE SHE WILL NEVER HAVE A SECURE RELATIONSHIP. HER BODY IS COVERED WITH THEM, MOSTLY ON HER BACK AND LEGS. SHE HAS A SON WHO ALSO HAS NF1. I JUST WANNA SAY, PLEASE DON'T FEEL THIS WAY. Hi! I won't you to know that i have nf1 and i felt the same way. i am 45 and i never thought i would get married, because i am covered from head to toe with bumps. I met this nice lady and she won't to marry me. So don't let your appearance get you down. We all have to take a chance and go out. We also must learn that people is going to stare at us because they won't ask what wrong with us. So if you at church or out in about don't be afraid to talk to the ladys. I been married now for four year now and i am very happy. It happen to me and it can happen to you. but most of all trust in God He can do anything, and i will keep you in my prayers and that God move in your life and able you to fine the love of your life.
