Neuropathy

My Mother is 92 years of age. (I’m 60). She is and always has been strong, supportive, compassionate, etc, etc. She doesn’t have diabetes according to her doctors. She has been diagnosed having neuropathy Her legs are swollen and red. She can’t tolerate having her legs covered too long or use a heating pad because she states it makes her legs feel like they are on fire.
