I sustained a work-related injury to my back in 2006, which has caused me more problems than you can imagine. I was always in great until this injury occurred. I gone undergone numerous injections to my back and physical therapy which has done seem to help me. I have used every pain medication you can imagine. I have been diagnosed with neuropathy chronic back pain, migraines anxiety, and depression.
