In February of 2007 I fell on my stomach in a swimming pool on a heavy pool cover. I struggled for some time to try to reach the ladder. In two days it was impossible for me to lift my right leg to climb stairs. In June I began seeking treatment and by this time had significant foot drop in my right foot. There was no significant pain. After multiple MRIs which show herniation in my neck and lower back and 3 trips to Mayo Clinic I continue to be the “mystery lady”.
