I am a white male 56 year old at the time of this writing.
I used to be an avid runner. Doing about 4 miles 3 times a week or more. In good shape over all, I had never even been in the hospital.
Then about 8 years ago I suddenly started having pain in my heels, especially when I first got out of bed in the morning.
