Hi there - I literally feel your pain, but I'm not diabetic or even hypoglycemic. I thought I was and was tested - negative. Anyway, I believe that hypoglycemia CAN have an effect on your nerves - hence the neuropathy. My dad is hypoglycemic and his feet burn like crazy, but no diabetes. I think I've read that the neuropathy you are describing can be a warning to "pre" diabetes. I'm not a doc, but a fellow sufferer and have done a great deal of research to find an answer. Google it and see what you come up with. Take care my fellow foot burner!
