Still In Pain and Dealing With It

In the month of Febuary, I woke up with numbing,tingling and burning pain in my legs and feet. I couldn’t walk, it hurt so bad. It felt like I was walking on pins and needles.They were so cold to the touch,but burned ,also.The weirdest pain I felt ever in my life.I just had turned 39 the month before.I had to stop playing sports that I have enjoyed so much.Can’t run with my children anymore cause it hurts.Can’t stand up for too long,or walk as much as I used to without getting ...Read the full article

On the web, look into the benefits of Benfotiamine (a fantastic B1 supplement) and methyl-B12. These two vitamins (taken together) have been very successful in rebuilding nerve damage. They are NOT drugs, they are vitamins that promote the regeneration of degenerating nerve terminals.
