Neuropathy

I have idiopathic peripheral neuropathy There is no explanation, and I have had ALL tests possible. Next month is one year of pain in my feet mostly, used to burn up to my knees, but it has gotten a little better with medication. The pain can be terrible, but the good thing is (at 31 yo) that idiopathic can get better. I feel like I am getting better slowly. I read somewhere that it takes one month to grow 1mm of nerve.
