neuropathy worse since glucose controlled

Post a new topicby dbonilla on Thu Apr 09, 2009 11:26 pm

I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes early last December and since then my blood sugar is well controlled but my extremely painful neuropathy is far worse. Does anyone know why this happens and will it eventually lessen? Very hard to get answers from the doctors I've seen including neurologists. Thanks for the help.
