Neuropathy

Has anyone been diagnosed with polyneuropathy because of hernited discs? I have 4, and both legs are deteriorately rapidly. I am currently seeing an osteopath. Had EMG/CT scan and others. One surgeon said surgery could not be preformed. I am interested in the new stem cell research which helps discs. Also, I am considering going to one of the top hospitals in the country for a complete neuro exam. I am not going to give up and end up in a wheel chair or worse. Lumbar radiculopathy is effecting my heart and my ribs feel as though they are broken. Pain medicine does not help. Does anyone know of the stem cell research being done and how to find the best hospital for this condition? All your thoughts are greatly appreciated. jet
