Tongue Pain

Post a new topicby jewelrylady on Thu Feb 05, 2009 3:31 am

Hi, I am new to this site. I have what started out as "sock & glove" neuropathy. I saw my immunologist today (I also have a very good neurologist) and after telling her about my skin being painful to the touch AND even my tongue hurting, she said that these were also related to neuropathy Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks.

I am currently going threw tongue pain feels like my tounge is RAW and most everything makes it burn. Told my dr that my tongue felt raw he looked at it said he didnt see anything. Dont think at the time either one of us was thinking the neuropathy since I was there for sinuse infection. But I am starting to wonder. Go back t neuro next week will see what he says.
