Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus

I was diagnosed with an arachnoid cyst mass which is 5.8x3.0x2.9 cm in the right frontal lobe it’s not NPH, but yet it causes pressure in my head and it’s filled with spinal fluid. Is there anything I can do? I’m tired of taking medication it helps for awhile, but then the pressure, headaches, nausea, weakness, lack of concentration, lack of sleep, and numbness still occur. I need to find a better neurologist that can help me. I was reading under NPH and it really surprised me to know that I have similar symptoms, but I have an arachnoid cyst, which is spinal fluid accumulated making a mass tumor on my frontal right lobe of my brain. Is there anything I can do besides taking medications?
