3 month fitness program

Post a new topicby LittleHands on Wed Jun 18, 2008 7:59 pm

So this fitness program I started about a month ago is going great! I'm usually not for work-out-at-home dvd's, but I'm working out with a partner so that helps. This program has work outs for 3 months, as well as a nutrition/diet plan to follow. However, the food it tells us to eat is sometimes WAY too much for me! I'm even following the Level 1 food schedule, and it's still too much. I wonder if it'd be ok to lessen my portions, but still get the same results? I mean...it's not good to starve yourself, but it's also not good to over stuff yourself, right?

Along with the amount be sure to make sure the type of food you're eating is aligned for a heart healthy diet.
1. Reduce fat, especially saturated fat.
2. Of the fat you do use, choose unsaturated fat.
3. Boost your fibre intake.
