Unexplained weight gain

Post a new topicby livingwith on Mon Oct 22, 2007 7:06 pm

I’ve always been a size 6-8. During my second pregnancy, which was 2 years ago, I only put on 11 pounds, due to anemia After the baby was born, I started to put on weight increasingly and without any changes to my diet or activity level. I am a size 16 now and over 200 pounds. I’m not a couch potato, I don’t eat junk food, I actually eat quite healthy and in reasonable portions. I got a thyroid test and it came out normal. Are there any other reasons why I could be getting so ...Read the full article

The global obesity epidemic appears to be a medical manifestation of climate changes.
Climate changes are increased air temperatures and lower air pressure.
Low air pressure can cause decompression sickness similar to that experienced by divers.

Anna,
I don't know if you still visit this forum, but the large of a weight gain in that short time with no changes to your diet is NOT normal. Please get a full endocrine workup. You need to have the following checked: TSH, T4, T3 (thyroid hormones), AGH (Growth Hormones), ACTH and Cortisol (Adrenal Hormones), Prolactin (Mammory Hormones), FSH, LH, and Testoterone (sex hormones). Do lots of research on Endocrine disorders. Doctors resist doing these tests for some reason. Make sure you get a copy of your lab results and know how to read them.

Air should consist of 99% nitrogen and oxygen plus the remainder gases. However, the troposphere has been injected with nitrogen dioxide and carbon monoxide. These two alien gases have atomic weights well below those of oxygen and nitrogen.

Mean and local air pressures are two different issues but both can be changed by injecting them with nitrogen dioxide and carbon monoxide.

Persons living in Scotland are suffering from obesity more than folk in England because air pressure further north are lower for longer periods of time.

The above also applies to those suffering from alzheimers disease, high blood pressure, depression, asthma, diabetes and multiple sclerosis.

Those concerned should study decompression and altitude sickness websites.

Species of wildlife are also suffering from decompression.

Weight gain can happen whilst one sleeps in a bedroom filled with poisonous nitrogen dioxide and carbon monoxide in mixed form from a gas cooker downstairs. This leads to oxygen deprivation (hypoxia).

I had this problem before but for me it was because of stress.
I staid all day eaten any kind of food that I had in refrigerator.
Now I`m over it.
So if you have good appetite and eat anything it is normal to gain weight.Even because you quit your job doesn't mean you quit the stress too.

You need to find out what your metabolic type is. The blood panels and testing should quickly determine why your weight will not come off. Before you go to a medical doctor who is going to prescribe a fix. The fix can be found without medication, I assure you. A friend of mine had her second child and could not get the weight off until she combined a metabolic typing diet with a nutritional food called Mila found at http://leriksen.lifemax.net/. Metabolic Typing diet can be researched at http://restoreyourhealth.org
