My husband was diagnosed with Parkinson’s in 1987 at the age of 41. At that time we did not know what the disease was nor the name of the disease! We educated ourselves regarding the disease from medical dictionaries and the future looked very frightening. Since then, my husband and I did extensive research on the disease and found that the future was not so frightening.
