I was diagnosed 3 years ago at the age of 50 with “mild” symptoms of parkinson’s disease. I have been trying to stay active and exercise as I always have-but I keep injurying my right leg (due to limp and inability to walk properly). First my ankle was sprained-then my knee was injured (biking) and now I have a hamstring injury. How can I keep moving and exercising when I keep getting injuries?
