Do the severity of symptoms ebb and flow?

Especially for premenopausal women, do your symptoms worsen as you approach progress through the second half of your cycle? I do not have a diagnosis at this point but the doctor tells me that what I have is probably not PD because the symptoms retreat during the month. But the symptoms don't fit myesthenia gravis . I had a long episode of bradykenesia (or what seemed like it - for two weeks) that symptom abated and then came back for a day right before menstration and then again the next month - it feels like you are trying to walk through deep mud. Otherwise the predominant symptoms are left side weakness, muscle pain, occasional tremor in my left hand and foot, constant fatigue. My symptoms are worse by the end of the day with increased fatigue and stress. One of my first symptoms was sudden onset of constipation and then a left side facial palsy two weeks later. The facial symptoms are still present but there is no obvious droop any longer. Can this happen with PD?
