My mother is taking sinemet 25/100 twice aday. after she takes the medicine her neck gets really stiff, I notice she holds her head forward and you can see that the muscles are really tight.Is this considered a side effect from the drug? Or does this mean she she is not taking enough or does this mean she doesn't need the drug? what other drugs would she be taking in place of this one? thank you for responding in advanced,
