There are amny different potential causes for tremor. Essential tremor, for example, can involve the hands and head. However, a careful exam by your doctor, and if appropriate, a neurological evaluation may be helpful. The findings on your exam and any other symptoms you may be having can help to find the correct diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
