severe muscle pain and cramping

I was diagnosed with Parkinsons about 9 months ago. I take sinemet , mirapex and use the neupro patch. in the last 3 weeks I have experienced tightness and tenderness in my hamstrings in the backs of my legs. I also have ocassional cramping in the hamstrings . Has anyone else had this problem or does anyone know if Parkinsons could be the cause?
