Parkinson's Disease

Hi
I was wondering how long it usually takes before you start to see the secondary symptoms of PD? I know everyone is different but how long before you start to notice severe tremor, depression swallowing difficulties, and possibly some memory difficulties?
My grandma has had the diagnosis of PD for 5 years, she is 67 years old, and I am wondering if she is progressing fast in the disease or is this normal?
