Aloha from Hawaii ALSO! I got RSD 2.5 years ago when fencing crushed my leg on the back of my truck as I was putting it in. It seemed minor at the time but every day got worse and worse. I too would love to help get the news out about the wonders of hyperbaric oxygen treatments (hbot)for RSD. After 2-1/2 years of suffering, my 16-year-old daughter is now pain free. Her first 75 treatments were done in a clinic; but we recently purchased a mild hbot chamber for our home because these treatments have also proven to work for her as well. It took us too long to discover hbot (no doctor ever told us about it); but I am so thankful that we now know what we need to do.

I just started HBOT treatment for my RSD. I have had 5 treatments and go 45 ft. at 2.4 ATA. The tech convinced me today that 17 ft. at 1.5 ATA would be just as good as the deeper treatments are for wound healing/anti-bacterial reasons. What did you do? Are you still doing well after your treatments? Did you have to have more or does the improvement last without more treatments? I'm in so much pain and so discouraged tonight. I'd love to hear from you.
