Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy (RSD)

I was diagnosed almost 2 years ago with RSD in my left Shoulder due to an injury at work and also a shoulder surgery. Because this is a workers comp case I have been thru the mill. My latest experiance is awful I was sent to a pain clinic where they have attempeted to put me through this 8 week program to help mangage my pain with exercise and meditation and art therapy not telling me when I went in that the other plan was to take me off of my pain medication.
