Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy (RSD)

I was just diagnosed with rsd It has taken over a year and a half, numerous doctors and medication. I take pain meds daily with muscle relaxers. I am new to all this. All I do is cry. My foot hurts, my leg, hip, and back are also affected. I was told that I am in level 3. I am at the beginning stages and really dont know what to expect.
