Looking for help in Arizona

My husband was injured at work 3 years ago - it went misdiagnosed for 6 month by the workers comp Dr and only after being granted a 2nd opinion did they find the injury. 2 surgeries and 2 1/2 years later he still has excruciating pain in his arm/shoulder and while several Dr’s have mentioned RSD they still haven’t given him an official RSD diagnosis.

hello in az, my name is bill and i too was just told i had rsd ,after getting the run around from 3 different doctors, after an on the job injury(crushed right foot) i had been misdiagnosed since feb 08.it is now the end of july and was just told last week after my 2nd stay in the hospital.where in az are you? i am in holtville ca thank you in advance if u would like to chat.

HI. Have you gone to the official RSD website www.rsds.org They might be able to refer you to someone or you can find out about some studies being done that could help your husband. I think sometimes a neurologist is the way to go if your RSD is really bad; and it sounds like your husband's is. I hope you get help. Terri
